Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive multi-year strategic account plans aligned to clients' business objectives and financial priorities
- Lead executive business reviews and influence client decision-making across complex stakeholder environments
- Advise clients on industry trends and represent the company's strategic direction in executive forums
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise client leadership
- Deep knowledge of the employer-sponsored healthcare ecosystem
- Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM software; Salesforce experience preferred
