Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive multi-year strategic account plans aligned to clients' business objectives and financial priorities
  • Lead executive business reviews and influence client decision-making across complex stakeholder environments
  • Advise clients on industry trends and represent the company's strategic direction in executive forums
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise client leadership
  • Deep knowledge of the employer-sponsored healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM software; Salesforce experience preferred
