Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager- Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Design and implement customized engagement programs that drive product adoption and measurable success
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation experience and developing success plans aligned with client goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Program Management, preferably with enterprise clients
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling engagement programs across diverse user groups
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans
  • Experience using CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with wellness benefits and data-driven success strategies is preferred
