Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, building strategic relationships
• Design and implement customized engagement programs to drive product adoption and measurable success
• Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation experience and managing client success plans

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Program Management, preferably with enterprise clients
• Proven experience in designing and scaling engagement programs across diverse user groups

• Strong business acumen to translate client goals into actionable plans
• Experience using CRM and CS platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
