Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of Client Success Managers to deliver exceptional service and achieve client retention and growth targets
• Partner closely with Inside Sales to develop a world-class onboarding program
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and strategic advice to help them achieve their business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of leadership experience in a client-facing or account management role
• Natural leader and motivator of people with a collaborative, remote team approach
• Proven success in managing client relationships and growing revenue
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Media experience, including programmatic knowledge, is highly preferred
