Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, drive results related to Product & Technology efforts, and enhance client satisfaction
Lead the analysis and delivery of new technology products and features to market
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support functional design and delivery of enterprise solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or related business degree
Minimum of 10 years of product management experience
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or Utility technologies concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
