Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts for post-go-live services in the US and India
• Generate sustainable revenue through exemplary support services and ensure solution usability and uptime
• Coordinate with support consultants to resolve design issues and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or account management
• Experience with planning applications such as SAP APO, JDA, or Oracle SCM
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Integration/ETL/SSIS experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
