Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Client Success).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage Mutual Success Plans for customers, aligning their objectives with measurable outcomes
  • Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sell motions while accurately forecasting outcomes and managing pipeline health
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as the Voice of the Customer to drive value and insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue-owning role such as Client Success or Strategic Account Management
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue within enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Experience in influencer marketing, martech, SaaS, or agency environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across various teams
  • Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders in dynamic customer organizations
