Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Client Success).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Mutual Success Plans for assigned customers, aligning their objectives with measurable outcomes
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives while maintaining account health and forecasting
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue-owning role such as Client Success or Strategic Account Management
- Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue within enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Experience in influencer marketing, martech, SaaS, or agency environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across various teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth and ambiguous environment
