Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Client Success).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage Mutual Success Plans for assigned customers, aligning their objectives with measurable outcomes
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives while maintaining account health and forecasting
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue-owning role such as Client Success or Strategic Account Management
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue within enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Experience in influencer marketing, martech, SaaS, or agency environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across various teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth and ambiguous environment
