Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Client Success).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Mutual Success Plans for assigned customers to align their business objectives with measurable outcomes
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining pipeline health and forecasting outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and articulate ongoing value from products and services
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue-owning role such as Client Success or Strategic Account Management
- Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue within enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Experience in influencer marketing, martech, SaaS, or agency environments
- Demonstrated ability to forecast renewals and upsells accurately
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales, Product, and Services
