Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate client relationships and collaborate on strategies to achieve program goals
  • Drive revenue and maximize margin for client relationships by partnering with internal support services
  • Administer the program effectively, serving as the central point of contact for client interactions and support services
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of client relationship management experience
  • 3+ years of payments experience in relevant functions such as Product/Marketing, Operations, IT/System of Record, or Risk
  • Preferred: 2+ years of credit card product launch experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Occasional travel (10%) to clients or other offices as needed
