Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic insights through performance reporting
• Identify growth opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role in ad tech or digital media
• Strong knowledge of the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs and measurement standards
• Proven ability to independently manage and grow senior client relationships
• Experience with both managed service and self-service models preferred
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising experience is a plus, but not required
