Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the client relationship as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Run effective meetings with clear agendas and outcomes while handling operational details
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in a client-facing project management or customer success role in software services or consulting
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A genuine bias for action and ability to make quick decisions
  • Experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery is a plus
