Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
- Run effective meetings with clear agendas and outcomes while handling operational details
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a client-facing project management or customer success role in software services or consulting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A genuine bias for action and ability to make quick decisions
- Experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery is a plus
