Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to ensure the success of a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the client success plan and manage the entire client relationship post-sale
• Develop comprehensive understanding of client business challenges and map solutions to address their needs
• Drive timely renewals and expansion of client accounts through effective project management and relationship building

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in an enterprise client management role at a SaaS company
• Experience in email and/or digital marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Technical proficiency in marketing technologies and data optimization
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, and Sales
