Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations
• Establish metrics frameworks to measure business value and encourage best practice adoption
• Advocate for accounts within the company, managing escalations and coordinating actions

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in a FS/Banking Client Success management or consulting role
• Strong knowledge of business processes and business applications
• Proven consulting skills and ability to drive business value for clients
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
