Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal teams to enhance product adoption and strengthen client loyalty

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Client Success or Account Management experience with a technical (SaaS) product in Healthcare
- Experience with patient care delivery systems and hospital operations
- Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive customer retention
- Knowledge of nursing workflows and hospital operations
- Experience working with executives and technical stakeholders
