Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join their Client Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to enhance product adoption and strengthen client loyalty

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Client Success or Account Management experience with a technical (SaaS) product in Healthcare
  • Experience with patient care delivery systems and hospital operations
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive customer retention
  • Knowledge of nursing workflows and hospital operations
  • Experience working with executives and technical stakeholders
