Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to drive value realization and relationship management for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to enhance product adoption and strengthen client loyalty
• Collaborate with clients to track business outcomes and promote the value of products and services
• Manage client escalations and contribute to scaling Client Experience processes and policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management with a technical (SaaS) product in Healthcare
• Experience in healthcare, particularly with patient care delivery systems and hospital operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and drive customer retention
• Comfort working with executives, clinicians, and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of nursing workflows and hospital operations
