Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and promote renewal and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up client programs for success starting from pre-sales, leveraging client goals and previous program experience
- Manage and grow client relationships through regular meetings and communication, ensuring timely execution of advertising programs
- Forecast and reconcile program revenues, providing clients with necessary deliverables and insights on upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years in a client services/campaign management role, preferably within a Media organization
- Must be process-oriented and flexible, with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Comprehensive understanding of digital sales operations and experience with Salesforce.com or similar software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
