Key Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they stay on scope, schedule, and budget
• Run effective meetings with clear agendas and outcomes while handling operational details like invoicing and project health reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing project management or customer success role in software services or consulting
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills
• A genuine bias for action and quick decision-making
