Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to manage post-sales relationships with enterprise-level customers.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Experience managing large accounts in B2B environments, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
- Strong expertise in business process optimization and understanding of accounting principles
- Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities and experience using CRM/CS tools
