Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders to enhance engagement
• Establish a metrics framework to measure business value and encourage best practice adoption
• Advocate for the account within the organization, managing escalations and coordinating actions

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in Client Success management or consulting
• Strong consulting skills with a proven track record of driving business value
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and applications
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
