Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager / Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles
  • Manage 8-12 concurrent technical engagements, ensuring accountability and tracking progress
  • Run effective meetings with clear agendas and outcomes, while maintaining scope and commitment discipline
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in a technical project management or client delivery role in software services or consulting
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical engagements
  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based delivery methodologies
  • Genuine bias for action and ability to make quick decisions
