Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients, driving product adoption and utilization
  • Manage client lifecycle and ensure client satisfaction by identifying risks and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance on marketing best practices and help clients achieve desired business results


Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in account management with a focus on retention and revenue growth, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts and work streams concurrently
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in client services or account management
  • Marketing program management experience preferred
