Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients, driving product adoption and utilization
- Manage client lifecycle and ensure client satisfaction by identifying risks and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance on marketing best practices and help clients achieve desired business results
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in account management with a focus on retention and revenue growth, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships
- Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts and work streams concurrently
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in client services or account management
- Marketing program management experience preferred
