Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to manage client relationships and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Deliver strategic insights and performance analyses to clients
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities across products and services

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management within ad tech or digital media
• Strong knowledge of the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs and measurement standards
• Proven ability to independently manage and grow senior client relationships
• Experience with both managed service and self-service models preferred
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising experience is a plus
