Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success & Delivery Manager to enhance client relationships and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale relationships with senior client stakeholders and ensure high-trust interactions
• Manage monthly client health scoring and intervene on at-risk accounts
• Oversee sprint operations and capacity planning to balance team commitments and client needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior client-facing delivery role at a digital design, development, marketing, or eCommerce agency
• 6+ years in project management, account management, or client success roles within a similar environment
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-project client portfolios with a high degree of ownership
• Strong operational discipline with clear systems for task management and follow-through
• Experience with digital products such as websites, apps, and eCommerce platforms
