Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success & Delivery Manager to enhance client relationships and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale relationships with senior client stakeholders and maintain high-trust connections
• Oversee monthly client health scoring and lead interventions for at-risk accounts
• Facilitate client cadences, milestone reviews, and strategic discussions to ensure a seamless client experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior client-facing delivery role at a digital design, development, marketing, or eCommerce agency
• 6+ years in project management, account management, or client success roles within relevant industries
• Proven ability to manage multi-project client portfolios with strong ownership
• Experience with digital products such as websites, apps, or eCommerce platforms
• Strong operational discipline and familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp
