Job Summary

Managing and nurturing client relationships, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will serve as the primary contact for attorney and law firm clients, ensuring exceptional service and measurable campaign success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring high-quality communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing solutions and optimize client outcomes
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports that communicate results and strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO and paid media
• Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress
• Familiarity with website analytics and performance optimization best practices
