Job Summary

To drive client success and enhance service delivery, the full-time remote Senior Client Success Manager will lead large-scale onboarding initiatives, oversee service performance against SLAs, and foster strategic partnerships with key clients through data-driven governance.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, leading complex onboarding and tracking high-impact requests through established systems
  • Monitor service delivery performance, oversee major incidents, and produce executive-ready performance reports while championing continuous process improvements
  • Develop executive-level relationships to drive revenue growth, leading structured QBRs and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Account Management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior client success, account management, or service delivery leadership role
  • Strong background in leading complex, large-scale client onboarding and managing cross-functional project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to establish governance mechanisms, including performance dashboards and client QBRs
  • Expert problem-solving capabilities with a history of managing executive-level escalations and driving root-cause analysis
