Job Summary

Owning the entire customer journey, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will help organizations implement and optimize mentorship programs remotely, driving product adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Understand and apply software implementation best practices to launch mentorship programs
  • Drive product adoption and reduce churn by ensuring customers realize ongoing value and generate referrals
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to solve problems and communicate strategies effectively
Required qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, particularly with Enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance customer engagement and strategic output
  • Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding and adoption processes, ensuring timely go-lives
  • Strong commercial acumen related to value realization and its impact on renewals and referrals
  • Experience with employee data and common file types like CSV and Excel
