Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will manage the implementation of demand response programs for utility clients, drive account growth strategies, and ensure seamless program operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own client success by managing the Central Region's P&L and driving annual recurring revenue to exceed targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance growth and efficiency
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with client objectives and guiding program design decisions
Required qualifications
  • BS or BA degree with 5-7+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, or client success
  • Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or grid services, with knowledge of demand side management and demand response programs
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of building strong client and partner relationships in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience in an enterprise software/SaaS organization in the energy sector is preferred
