Job Summary
Managing the client lifecycle for a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will focus on client retention, value realization, and strategic leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the client lifecycle, prioritizing retention and churn reduction across enterprise accounts
- Ensure clients understand and achieve their ROI from Bazaarvoice by quantifying and documenting measurable outcomes
- Lead high-stakes meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a unified, value-based approach
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably with Fortune 1000 clients
- Proven track record of driving account retention, health, and revenue growth
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with experience managing executive champion relationships
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and complex workstreams efficiently
- Marketing program management experience is highly preferred
