Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will oversee project initiatives, ensure contract governance, and motivate team performance while driving client satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, overseeing contract documentation and governance
- Lead project initiatives, manage requirement changes, and conduct client-facing meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Develop and implement processes to enhance project efficiency and manage project P&L to maximize revenue and profitability
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project implementation and operation in the payment processing or customer service industry
- 3 years of experience as a project manager for projects valued at ten million dollars or more
- Preferred experience in tolling and contact center environments
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to promoting a performance-driven culture
