Job Summary
Owning the strategic relationship and post-implementation success for Built's most complex clients, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will drive retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes while working remotely across the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships and ensure post-implementation success for high-value clients
- Develop and execute comprehensive client success and account plans aligned with client objectives
- Identify expansion opportunities and lead quarterly business reviews to reinforce Built's value
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in client success or account management with complex accounts
- Strong strategic relationship management skills with C-suite executives
- Consultative approach to client success with a focus on business objectives
- Demonstrated success in driving expansion revenue and client retention
- Deep or developing expertise in construction lending and commercial real estate finance
