Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, the remote Senior Client Success Manager will manage relationships, translate performance data into actionable insights, and collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and campaign success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring high-quality communication
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with strategic recommendations
• Proactively address client concerns and implement solutions to support long-term account success and retention

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and content marketing
• Proficiency with CMS platforms and familiarity with website analytics and performance optimization
• Experience leveraging AI technologies and their impact on digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage stakeholders at all levels
