Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 15 strategic clients, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will drive long-term partnerships, customer retention, and revenue growth while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients, providing tailored solutions and anticipating client needs
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and build trusted relationships to influence strategic direction
- Monitor portfolio health and develop annual account plans to ensure customer success and mitigate risks
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships within SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on identifying value-creating opportunities
- Exceptional executive communication skills for navigating complex conversations
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects independently
- Intellectual curiosity with a consultative mindset to uncover business challenges
