Managing a portfolio of approximately 15 strategic clients, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will drive long-term partnerships, customer retention, and revenue growth while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients, providing tailored solutions and anticipating client needs
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and build trusted relationships to influence strategic direction
  • Monitor portfolio health and develop annual account plans to ensure customer success and mitigate risks
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships within SaaS, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on identifying value-creating opportunities
  • Exceptional executive communication skills for navigating complex conversations
