Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic law firms, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will foster relationships with key stakeholders, drive adoption of LEAP's technology, and lead a small team while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain excellent client relationships through proactive outreach and strategic success planning
- Facilitate recurring business reviews and identify opportunities for increased usage and process automation
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback
Required qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience or ability to mentor peers
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in complex client environments
- Knowledge of accounting and billing processes, including QuickBooks Online and LEDES billing
- Experience with conflict management and resolution to prevent client escalations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and think quickly on feet
