Job Summary

Driving client satisfaction and retention, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will manage the end-to-end lifecycle for strategic employer clients, leveraging data and insights to deliver impactful business reviews and consultative advice in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the client lifecycle for employer clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction through proactive account management
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews that utilize clinical outcomes and ROI analyses to influence client decision-making
  • Act as a consultative advisor, leading discussions on client needs and connecting them to Virta's value proposition
Required qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or client-facing account management roles
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic employer accounts with strong retention and growth outcomes
  • Experience leading contract renewals and expansions with consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to present strategic and financial value to HR and benefits audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and guide client interactions
