Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, providing strategic guidance, nurturing relationships, and ensuring successful project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
• Develop tailored strategies based on clients' business goals and competitive landscapes to drive meaningful results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in client strategy management or account management
• 3+ years in a Performance Media Agency
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
