Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of passive metering and insights communities, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will build strong client relationships, manage team members, and ensure exceptional program performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage community setup, recruitment, engagement, renewal, and overall health
• Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and oversee vendor relationships to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3-4 years of client-facing experience in a market research environment with management experience
• Experience with research design, reporting, and data analysis
• Proficiency in Decipher, PowerBI, and advanced MS Office skills
• Familiarity with DIY survey tools is a plus
