Senior Client Success Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will oversee client strategy and execution while driving revenue retention and growth opportunities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of assigned managed service and/or self-service client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communication, optimizations, and performance reporting
- Identify and proactively drive upsell and growth opportunities across products and services
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role within ad tech or programmatic advertising
- Strong knowledge of the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and measurement standards
- Proven ability to independently manage and grow senior client relationships
- Strategic mindset with experience in translating data into actionable insights
- Experience with both managed service and self-service models preferred
