Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Owning client relationships end-to-end, the remote Senior Client Success Manager will manage the implementation of demand response programs for utility clients, drive account growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Central Region's P&L, drive annual recurring revenue, and serve as the primary escalation point for client issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance growth and efficiency
• Ensure seamless program operations by implementing new structures, improving tools and processes, and tracking key metrics

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree with 5-7+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, or client success
• Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or adjacent industries
• Knowledge of demand side management and demand response programs
• Proven ability to build strong client and partner relationships
• Experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment managing multiple high-priority projects
