Senior Client Success Manager
Job Summary
To ensure clients achieve their engagement and loyalty goals, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing program oversight, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, with the option for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, acting as their trusted advisor
- Oversee client program success, ensuring objectives are met and expectations exceeded
- Track and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a client success, account management, or similar role within the engagement or technology sectors
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data to drive decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in client success management is a plus
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprise clients is a plus
