Senior Client Success Partner

Job Summary

Senior Client Success Partner, a full-time position focused on client onboarding, relationship management, and consultative support to enhance the value of HCM solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of HCM solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and integration
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling services
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for clients to optimize their use of HCM tools and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or human resources, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including HR software and payroll
• Strong understanding of human resources processes, such as recruitment and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
