Senior Client Success Specialist

Job Summary

Providing expert program guidance to clients and tenants, the full-time Senior Client Success Specialist will review insurance policies for compliance, connect with clients regarding penetration decreases, and implement new properties for existing clients in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review residents' third-party insurance policies to ensure compliance with client requirements
• Engage with clients to address penetration decreases
• Implement new properties for existing clients and deliver customer service to both clients and residents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
