Job Summary

Supporting Enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Client Success Strategist will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client renewal and growth while fostering strong professional relationships and delivering strategic insights remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with a portfolio of 5-10 enterprise accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, responding to client requests and providing business reviews
  • Identify opportunities to align product roadmaps with client business objectives
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing large recurring enterprise deals
  • Proven track record of building lasting relationships with key stakeholders
