Job Summary
Supporting Enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Client Success Strategist will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client renewal and growth while fostering strong professional relationships and delivering strategic insights remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen and grow relationships with a portfolio of 5-10 enterprise accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact, responding to client requests and providing business reviews
- Identify opportunities to align product roadmaps with client business objectives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing large recurring enterprise deals
- Proven track record of building lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
