Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Analyst to manage and support strategic client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and education on patient experience surveys and data collection processes to clients
  • Monitor and maintain patient experience products and services for a diverse client portfolio
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Client Support Specialist role managing large, strategic accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data sources and execute survey distribution plans
  • Ability to mentor new associates and adapt in a fast-paced environment
