Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Assistant, Client and Colleague Support (Tier 2).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workload escalated by the Health Plan and/or Call Center Team
  • Ensure superior service by providing information, feedback, and resolutions to client and colleague inquiries
  • Complete member tickets, escalation emails, and other offline work within 24-48 hours
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a dedicated, distraction-free work-from-home space
  • Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
  • Experience with email support
