Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Assistant, Client and Colleague Support (Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily escalations from Health Plans, internal teams, and Call Center teams
- Provide timely and accurate support by responding to client and colleague inquiries
- Support the Supplemental Benefits team with various offline tasks and special projects
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a dedicated, distraction-free work-from-home space
- Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
- Experience with email support
