Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Assistant, Client and Colleague Support (Tier 2).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily escalations from Health Plans, internal teams, and Call Center teams
  • Provide timely and accurate support by responding to client and colleague inquiries
  • Support the Supplemental Benefits team with various offline tasks and special projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a dedicated, distraction-free work-from-home space
  • Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
  • Experience with email support
