Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Associate to assist clients with inquiries and policy-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance products and services
  • Guide clients through policy-related matters and communicate information regarding policy renewals
  • Maintain organized client records and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Customer Service preferred
  • Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance industry and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with customer engagement and support
