Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Consultant-Senior FS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational activities and changes between the company and clients, ensuring adequate resource procurement
  • Oversee issue management and implement corrective actions for dedicated clients and solutions
  • Support pre-implementation activities to ensure clear client support post-implementation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management with 3 years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
  • Knowledge of compliance and R&F landscape within financial institutions
  • Understanding of marketing services for financial institutions
  • Strong data analytics and DMS capability understanding
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
