Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Representative (Spanish Speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients regarding benefits coverage and service experience issues
  • Resolve complex and escalated inquiries with empathy and thoroughness
  • Educate clients on self-service resources and identify trends in client inquiries for leadership


Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; a 4-year college degree is a plus
  • Experience in tele-health or medical insurance industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
