Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Representative (Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding benefits coverage and service experience issues
- Resolve complex and escalated inquiries with empathy and thoroughness
- Educate clients on self-service resources and identify trends in client inquiries for leadership
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred; a 4-year college degree is a plus
- Experience in tele-health or medical insurance industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
